Concept phase

In the concept phase of product development it is important to get good requirements and to translate these requirements into a first order design. Denie Mechatronic Engineering B.V. can help throughout this phase with:

  • Conceptual designing
  • First order modeling
  • Dynamical error budgeting

Development phase

When the design is getting more mature the concept phase is progressing towards a development phase. In this phase, the first order design is further developed and detailed. By continuously analyzing the design using simulations the requirements are safeguarded. This method ensures the project stays on the right track and eliminates design errors in an early stage, when the project is still flexible and minimizes the number of physical prototypes. Because the knowledge about digital twinning is of an architectural level within Denie Mechatronic Engineering B.V., the risk of a final design that does not meet the requirements is minimized.

Realization phase

The design moves towards the realization phase, once hardware can be manufactured. When assembled the final stage is entered: the qualification. Typically this involves inspection and testing to validate the performance of the final design. Denie Mechatronic Engineering B.V. can help by defining and applying tailor made qualification programs, ranging from time and frequency domain signal analysis till the more advanced modal analysis to qualify the complete design.
